Adiyae falls in this category, successfully drawing viewers in with its exploration of alternate reality and time loops. What sets the film apart is its thoughtful and sensible approach to these concepts, accompanied by the right dose of entertainment.

The film follows the life of Jeeva (GV Prakash), a depressed young man burdened by the loss of his parents. Teetering on the edge of despair and contemplating ending his life, a glimmer of hope emerges when he stumbles upon an interview with his former school crush, now a renowned singer, Senthazhini (Gouri K Kishan).

Jeeva's infatuation with Senthazhini drives him to repeatedly attempt to express his affection, only to be met with disappointment. However, fate takes an unexpected turn when a tragic accident thrusts him into an alternate reality, where he awakens as Arjun, a successful music director, with Senthazhini as his wife.
