Don't Miss the ABBA MUSEUM while visiting Stockholm. If you have any interest in Music history from the 70's -80's it is Well Worth it. Excellent displays in each room and interactive/recording experiences available. We spent 3 hrs and could if spent longer if had the time. Loved watching them in Cincert in Theater.

A great way to kill some time in Stockholm and relive Abba's greatest hits. We paid for the audio guides which was well worth it. The members of Abba narrate the audio guide which makes it all the more interesting. The museum limits the numbers entering by having prebooked slots which is good as it us small and can get quite tight especially if you are hoping to try some of the interactive activities on offer. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the museum. It was close to some of the other museums so we were able to do multiple museums which was also handy.

I enjoyed this museum and learned so much about the group. I especially enjoyed the room where you get to sing on stage with the group! I almost wet my pants laughing at groups of women singing along on the stage! Great fun!

The museum was built with ABBA fans in mind. After seeing it this week, we realized that ABBA was big almost 50 years ago . The museum tells some stories about their lives, plays their music and is part of a small hotel. In all, we were there about 2 hours. Nice museum and I would go again.

Whether or not you’re an ABBA fan, it’s clear that plenty of love was put into the creation of this museum. There’s no shortage of interesting information about the band, and the interactive elements (e.g. karaoke booths and touch screen games) were a fun touch! It was also really cool to see various artefacts from ABBA’s heyday, including their original stage costumes and props/memorabilia from their tours. I’d budget at least two hours here to really make the most of the experience.

Museum was better than expected and I am an ABBA fan already. There is a small theatre inside, they have very comfortable seats for about 20 people, suggest spending quite a bit of time here, they have a fantastic video story (animated) about ABBA group history, strongly recommend and also a concert video. On the other hand, if you speak English (or Swedish) I would recommend against the Audio guide (only $2 extra, but I found it had to navigate and co-ordinate with the various displays, all of which were well described with signage in Swedish and English.) Very easy to get there on public transit, take the #7 tram from the central station. Suggest pre-buying tickets for one of the first couple morning time slots, and then there are many other good museums with-in a few minutes walk for afterwards.

Absolutely fantastic museum and dispay of AƁBA memorabilia. It was emotional in parts. I wish I could have seen ABBA live back in the day and I'm sure I would have if I had been old enough. People of all ages at this museum and everyone enjoyed it.

This is a wonderful museum but allow plenty of time for it (3 hours). After we'd been in for over an hour, we were evacuated, due to a leak tripping the electrics. The staff were really good, and offered us a refund or we could go back on another day. We went back the following day, and although the museum was still partially closed, we were fortunate in that we had already seen the rooms that were closed. What we didn't realise is that there was so much more to see (so the break actually worked in our favour!). It's clear that the band had considerable involvement in setting up the museum, as the attention to detail was really noticeable.

Although some of the areas were under renovation due to water damage, we still had a great time. The exhibits and rooms were interactive and kept our interest. We enjoyed the studio and “5th ABBA Member” experience the best. We’ll definitely visit again!

Even if you only have a passing interest in ABBA, you’ll love this museum. There’s lots of different displays covering different periods and aspects of the bands’ history plus loads of interactive displays and photo spots for a full immersion experience for all ages. It is however, downstairs and despite the controlled entrance of visitors, it can feel crowded and sometimes difficult to see and read display descriptions or exhibits. If you have any dislike of crowds or small spaces, I’d suggest this isn’t for you as it’s not a spacious museum. Basically, get there as soon as you can to minimise the number of people in ahead of you, and prebook a timeslot if you can, otherwise you need to queue to buy a ticket and then queue again to get in at the next available allotted time which could be over an hour away.
