Michael Idato Sydney Morning Herald A Million Little Things draws you in and, thanks to a couple more wait-what-just-happened moments in the first hour, persuades you that there might be enough more than meets the eye to this series to make a longer term relationship viable. Nov 9, 2018 Full Review Melanie McFarland Salon.com This ABC series commits gaffes on several fronts, beginning with its blatant attempt to clone This Is Us or, more to the point, to get people similarly hooked on its ability as a crying laxative. Oct 2, 2018 Full Review Jen Chaney New York Magazine/Vulture Even though the cast is decent, the characters don't immediately pop because the writing lacks nuance. Oct 2, 2018 Full Review Jonita Davis Black Girl Nerds That last episode pours its heart out about Jon, but I think we just hit the tip of that iceberg too. The man has some more stuff to reveal, I am sure of it. Rated: 4/5 Mar 2, 2019 Full Review Dominic Patten Deadline Hollywood Daily A Million Little Things instead sprawls in a million different directions and blows almost a million opportunities while balancing on the precipice of sheer soap. Dec 19, 2018 Full Review John Hanlon John Hanlon Reviews The cast keeps this show grounded but it's the show's ability to tackle tough subjects in a satisfying way that makes it truly stand out. xavier x Simply Amazing! We do have a gem here. The story, the characters, the script, the depth etc, It really brings across the feelings and emotions of the characters and the challenges they go through, something we can connect to in our daily lives, in a poignant manner. I am surprised it is not given a high rating in tomatometer. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/11/23 Full Review Deb L This show is so full of emotional baggage and schmaltzy scenarios, we stopped watching it. These people are unbelievably nice to the point of sickeningly so. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 08/13/23 Full Review Matilda B I keep returning to the series, and the amount of work put into approaching such a range of sensitive subjects is commendable. The first episode hurt my heart, and every once in a while I forget how it all started. It's a good story. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 05/13/23 Full Review Lev A Started OK, but devolved into a daytime soap opera. Could have worked if made as a single season of about 6 episodes, but 17 in the first season, followed by 4 more seasons - no. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/22/23 Full Review Anna D It's exhausting to watch this show, since everything is always so serious. Some of it is flat out unbelievable, making it difficult to admire them for working things out or thinking they're all crazy and things would never work out like they did. I do like the characters, though, even when I disagree or don't understand them. It's essentially a well produced soap, I'm waiting for someone to be in a coma and have amnesia. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/14/23 Full Review Audience Member I ran across this series on one of the streaming services. Sounded interesting to me so I started watching. I ended up binge watching it today , season 1 done. Every episode leaves me wanting more! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
