Turns out my cat actually had a great decade, so I've decided to focus on his memories instead...
Despite his pleas, the humans refuse to place his feeder next to the potted catnip, thwarting his plan to spend the rest of his life high, watching birds, and eating kibble, all without moving.
best line there.

that cat puts Garfield to shame.....
You're just retarded. Let a brother feed his cat.
...small children.

Hello, FastOCR18. Still being a dick, I see. Made yet another account, huh? Will this one be like all the others and tell 'you' how good you are, too, you sad little douche?

He called you a spambot.
I hope reincarnation exists. I want to return as a cat.
Dude that cat is gabe newell fat
+3 months
Aww thats unfat-I MEAN FAIR! UNFAIR!
This was a nifty way to get peoples thoughts off themselves. Your cat looks happy and maybe a little too healthy :) I hope this new year helps you get that happy as well. (Without the need to self medicate)
That rug really tied the room together. The cat peed on the fucking rug man.
hes so damn cute! But yeah i have to agree with the previous comments that hes a bit too fat... He seems really happy and loved but (by the way i can hear an ice-cream truck outside as im writing this, or the heat has made me dillusional..anyways i continue) he needs to be on a diet, having nice and natural wet food and away from treats, even though he looks like that sort of guy. And again hes so lovely! Happy new year to him and u :)
ps i had to do the same for my previous cat, he was really greedy :)
dude, your cat is fat as hell - WTF?
Lay off the Tender Vittles.
2011 is actually the second year of the decade.
Nope. No year zero. First year of the first decade was 1
The problem is, by that logic, 1990 was part of the '80s. Which makes no sense whatsoever.
Nope, 1990 was part of the '90s because to put it simply: 9 != 8
That doesn't make any sense.
Edit: I see what you mean. And it does make sense. But that would also mean we celebrated the turn of the century a year early.
Yes indeed. The first century was 1-100 , the twentieth century was 1901-2000, and the second millennium was 1001-2000. Big celebration should have been at the end of 2000, which was the end of the twentieth century and the second millennium, the beginning of the 21st century and the beginning of the third millennium.
We get it numerically right for centuries, all but the last year (2000) of the twentieth century were 19xx.
The 1900s may be a hundred years, but they overlap two centuries(19th and 20th). In the same way, the '80s are ten years, but they overlap the 197th and 198th decade.
nope it was zero as it still had 365 days in it.
Whut? You are saying there was a year 0? Is that a year between 1BCE and 1CE?
OK how about 1991 then. Using your logic 1991 was the first year of the decade therefore 1990 was technically still the 80s. Haha.
Already answered below 1991 is the first year of the 200th calendar decade. "the 80s" is a notional decade 1980-89
Nope. The first decade lasted only 9 years, from 1 to 9. The second was from 10 to 19.
Uhuh. 'f you say so.
If you were the one who changed Wikipedia to change what it said before (which I didn't put in there), you might like to change the entries for all decades:
"The 1960s was the decade that started on January 1, 1960, and ended on December 31, 1969.[1] It was the seventh decade of the 20th century."
Funnily enough the year 2000 wasn't part of any decade:
""The 1990s, also known as "the Nineteen Nineties" or abbreviated as "the Nineties" or "the '90s", was the decade that started on January 1, 1990 and ended on December 31, 1999."
"The 2000s was a decade that started on January 1, 2001 and ended December 31, 2010."
Have fun!
I have never changed any Wikipedia article, so I am not sure of which article you reference, but I must agree that Wikipedia articles 2000s (decade) and Decade correlate well with what I wrote based on first principles. Maybe the reason is that it is correct. :) "The 2000s was a decade that started on January 1, 2000 and ended on December 31, 2009. It was the decade in which the 21st century and 3rd millennium began, with 2000 a part of the 20th century and 2001-2009 part of the 21st century" [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2000s_%28decade%29]
It follows that 2000 is part of the 200th calendar decade and 2001-2009 part of the 201st.
I think we are at cross purposes concerning calendar decades (ten consecutive years numbered 1 through 0), and notional decades (any ten consecutive years, including those numbered 0 through 9). So I agree with your definition of "the 1960s" and "the Nineties", but could you please point me to a reference for your 9-year decades, and how 2000 is not part of any decade. I don't buy it.
Stop overfeeding your cat, you aren't being kind.
Happy New Year, Bart! You are a very cool cat!
Jabba?
that is one chunky pussy
errr... the last decade ended with 2009, not yesterday.
all years mark the end of a decade as it's just a range of 10 years.
if you really want to stretch it you could say a decade ends each second ( or microsecond)

I upvoted for that title.

That site isn't pulling anything up...
Question though: My wife has started feeding natural wet-food to our cats. It is about $2/meal/cat. Is that the normal price? Is there a place that we can buy in bulk online?
I'm definitely ok paying more for the healthy stuff, but I'd like to be smart about it as well. Any suggestions?
Sorry, I don't know why I put a hyphen in there. It is just catinfo.org. We get ours at whole foods and a case (16 14oz cans) is a little over 30 bucks. I would say our two cats go through a case a month, give or take.
If you don't have a wf nearby, I was at wal-mart a little while ago and saw they had the "newmans own" brand that looked perfectly fine. Not sure if you can order it by the case, but it is a popular brand that may be available at your local grocery store.
shut in
As a cat owner some cats just are fatter then others. My older cat eats a ton but will most likely never see that kind of weight. Just like with humans some have better metabolisms.
