To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.
The amount of product you receive on each tube is less than half my pinky, The tubes are very slim and small compared to the product always shown an advertising. This is a product my grandmother was looking forward to I receiving. Only gave it two stars because even though the product is very greasy feeling it did help hide her wrinkle,/smooth her skin slightly. Overall, she was very disappointed. I do not recommend buying.
I may not be using this correctly. I do not know if this is the only moisturizer you are suppose to use before you apply foundation or not. The videos were very clear on how to use and I was really excited to get the glo, glimmer, color stick, however, after I received them I was disappointed. I am sure they work for some skin types but didn't cut it for mine.
Love this stuff! Truly the best "improve your looks" products available. If you want a natural pick-me-up and a little definition, without looking all made up, and be able to do it quickly, this is the stuff. The Color stick seems to work for all skin tones (say friends to whom I have gifted it) for blush and a little lip color. And the Glimmer is lovely for around the eyes. The Glo stick is a nice little moisturizer. You can keep it all in your pocket or a small purse. I rely on it when going somewhere where a little touch-up is required, like on Zoom.
I thought this was a "healthy" company that wanted to provide safe healthy cosmetics for women. Read those ingredients ladies! Wish I had, I trusted that they were safe. I read that they used organic olive oil and beeswax with propolis in some products (Glo stick) --sounds great. But the Color stick is a different story. Red and blue dyes--amongst other things. No parabens and phthalates, wonderful---how about using other natural ingredients for color--make your product pure. Huge waste of money. Check the Skin Deep website at EWG.org. Plug in the ingredients. See what comes up!
This stuff is SO expensive but I got it anyway, to try it. BIG mistake. I think if you start out with no flaws on your skin and a very even skin tone, this would probably work. BUT I have a small dark patch on one of my cheeks and a slightly visible blue vein on the other check. This did nothing to cover those imperfections. Also, the center of my face is sort of rosier than the rest and this did nothing to even out the tones. It just looks like you have a sunburn--a sort of uneven sunburn--all over your face. Supposedly, you can use the same color stick on your lips but I couldn't even see the color at ALL. Huge waste of money. If you don't have perfect skin to begin with, don't waste your precious money.
