My name is Andrew Stevens and fitness is my passion. My mission is centered around aiding others in becoming the BEST versions of themselves through the medium of fitness & wellness. 

I’ve competed and coached at the highest level as a former Division 1 football player and collegiate strength coach. As such, I hold myself to the HIGHEST standard when it comes to providing YOU with results.

All of my clients are evaluated upon our initial consultation. At this time, I conduct a movement screen, a health questionnaire, and help you set goals so I am able to best serve you

Online training involves the same initial consultation as online training. Based upon the information you share, I will customize an exercise regiment that it is tailored to your needs. From there, it is delivered via my custom branded app? Within the app, there are video demonstrations of each exercise so that you can be successful during your workout. 

These letters signify the certifications that I have. As a coach, I am a firm believer in continuing education. By staying up to date with the latest research and industry trends, I learn how I can best serve my clients. 

You will not be charged for your session so long as you inform me 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

The answer varies from person to person. Everyone has varied goals and needs different levels of support. If you’re first starting your fitness journey, I recommend a minimum of two sessions each week with a trainer. 

Many people begin to FEEL different prior to SEEING a visible difference. If you stay consistent with both your nutrition and training, results will follow. 

I was a former Division 1 Running Back at the University of Missouri. As a Performance Coach, I have 10+ years experience and I have worked with a vast array of clientele including professional and collegiate athletes at the University of Oregon, Notre Dame, and Arkansas State.
