  • Exemption: Persons who posses certificates of vaccination, seafarers and transport workers, diplomats, staff of international organizations, persons traveling for urgent reasons, passengers in transit, and patients traveling for necessary health reasons may enter without a test. ​

This is valid from the date that both doses of a vaccine have been administered, with the exception of the one dose vaccine Johnson and Johnson, where the facilitation will be valid two weeks after its administration.

Estonia

  • COVID-19 Pre-Testing for Arrival Required: Yes, a negative coronavirus disease (COVID-19) test taken with 72 hours of departure. Effective 19 Jul 21, Antigen test taken within 48 hours before arrival will be permitted in addition to PCR tests.​​ Testing can be arranged for passengers upon arrival at the main terminal / VIP lounge (depending on passenger wish).​
  • Assuming No Symptoms, COVID-19 Testing Upon/After Arrival: Yes, if testing on arrival, they must be quarantined until they receive the negative result, which usually is sent to their e-mail the next morning. It must be sent to general police and border guard e-mail address. They must follow self-isolation and social distancing rules and avoid public places.
