I'm planning a trip to Oberammergau for the Passion Play and am fairly flexible on my dates although July would work best. Can someone tell me how hot it will be? I'm going with my father who will be 80. I have looked online but sometimes 75/80 degrees feels hotter in other countries...

Look at the climate table and you will see that you need to be prepared for everything, not only 75/80 F degrees because the range between 5 and 33C happend in the past.

How the actual temperature will feel will depend on a lot of parameters such as humidity and wind. Only thing we can say that it is no tropical area like Florida, more AZ close to mountains.
Weather forecast is reliable 3-4 with luck 5 days before.

74 helpful votes Nobody can tell you until a couple days before. Could be cool, could be hot, could be dry, could be humid - the weather is ever-changing in this part of the world and in the mountainside often from one moment to the other.
