When it comes to looking at the city from above we mostly do not have much choices around Europe except for a plane/ballon etc trips. Madrid is different. There`s an excellent viewpoint and a trip above a wonderful green part area just outside the city. It takes around 10 mins

I really have to disagree with the average rating of this attraction. It is quite cheap and you can see a very nice view of the city. It is a must do while in Madrid. It's also pretty quick to do the round-trip ride. However, once I got to the mid point, I had to spend 20-30

Whenever there's a chance,when I travel somewhere, I use cable car rides: it is a great way to understand the size of the city and take great panoramic photos. Teleferico in Madrid is good to see one PART of the city. It takes you to Casa de Campo which is nice to have a picnic
