The food was excellent. The noise level was somewhat higher than I would have liked. The service was courteous and attentive, but diminished as the restaurant became busier. We would have ordered a dessert, but gave up and asked for the bill. I would have preferred not to habve seen photos of the dishes on the menu. It removed the element of surprise.

Service was quite poor - staff were very friendly but I just feel there were understaffed as we kept having to chase them to take our drinks then food order. Mains came out at different times too. Overall a lovely evening and I’d definitely go back!

Great food but service was extremely slow!! Understaffed I assume? The waiters kept disappearing and didn’t ask how everything was. i had to actively look for a waiter to ask for extra rice and water and I had to get up to go to pay for the bill.

Attractive and wide ranging menu; food was all delicious but look out for the unobtrusive chili warning signs on the menu, I did not notice them until too late (chili is not listed among the ingredients). Very good service, attentive but not obtrusive. Pleasant ambience but all the hard surfaces make it noisy and the tables are too small for all the dishes, glasses, etc.

Absolute treat for a special occasion. Most authentic Thai I've had. Superb food. This was for my partner's birthday and unfortunately none of my requests for something to acknowledge the celebration were received or actioned.

A good, traditional Thai menu. The green curry was tasty, but maybe lacked as many prawns as I was expecting. The sticky rice was served in a basket inside a plastic bag, which was odd. But overall it was a decent meal with friendly service.

Booked a table for family. went around that time and we got the table. The waiter was really good and double checked with the chef about our dietary preferences to ensure we are not eating things that we dont eat. we eat spicy food and the spiciness that they talk about for thai food is no where to what we see in USA. they gave us sriracha when we said the spicy food is not even close to spicy (they indeed were either little sweet or mostly bland). Then when we asked about a little more spicier, they said, they can give us cut chillies which we said yes to. Probably they cut two thai chillies into small pieces and gave us. We usurped it in no time and we asked for more as all of us had food that we ordered. Then we ordered more food and asked them to provide us chillies which they did. In the end we were happy with the chillies. When we got the check(bill), we were surprised to see that we were charged for two of those chilli orders (BP 3.6). So for each chilli it is BP 1.8!!!!! For the fine dine restaurant which was already charging heavily on the food, this charge felt very cheap. Will I go next time, hell no way. when the food says it is spicy, it better be spicy !!!!!!!!!!!! YMMV The positive side is food was tasty.

The service was excellent. They were attentive, friendly and efficient. There was 2 of us on New Years Eve. We tried 7 dishes in total and of those 6 were fantastic. Only one of the starters was disappointing, so we didn't manage to finish it. Overall, it was great value. We sat in the front room section which was cosy, but the guests in a couple of the table close to us spoke loudly and the sound seemed to carry - maybe it was just the guests on the night.

I really enjoyed my experience at this establishment so much. The food was wonderful quality and the staff very attentive. The kitchen staff went the extra mile when I advised them of a special occasion in advance. This really added a beautiful nice touch to our evening. We have been in this branch of the restaurant and there is pattern of poor service. This time we waited for 25 minutes before our drink order was taken. Adding to the poor experience this time is the quality of the Banana "Plantain" Caramel dessert. The plantains were underripe and sour to the point of making the dessert inedible.

Food was fresh and good quality but very expensive. £25 for a stir fry + steamed rice is probably a £10 premium to what you pay elsewhere. £10 for a starter which would be £6 elsewhere. If you can afford it then fine, but I can't.
