Choosing a hotel was out of my hands as my boss got to choose, but I seriously was blessed to be at the Naples Grande!! I came for work, but got to sneak in heavy doses of relaxation time and oh my goodness, couldn’t have been better! This hotel is bright and happy and welcoming from the second you pull up! Every inch is clean as could be. The rooms are so spacious, bright and happy, with soft cozy beds and a roomy balcony that comes with a couch, chair and AMAZING views of Naples!! The staff is phenomenal, especially Brian at the front desk! They all go above and beyond to help in any way! The spa was out of this world... the second i set foot at the front door, I was already in heaven. Staff is fabulous- Ann the manager was an angel to me! Libon was my masseuse and it was hands down the best, deepest massage I’ve ever had in my life. The whole outdoor area for spa guests is perfect, especially the day bed! The pool areas are beautiful , the shrimp tacos at the Oasis are to die for! The beach is a bit away, but the have a golf cart to take you, they come every few minutes or so. If you see a long line to wait for one, don’t be discouraged, once they come back you’ll be where you need to be in no time! The beach was soft and glorious! The seating they have is plentiful- no need to bring chairs or umbrellas. The guys who take care of you at the front door are awesome- super helpful and kind! Loved every bit. Cannot wait to come back!!!

I just checked into the hotel. I have been staying at this hotel for more than 30 years (when I was a kid, it was called the Registry), but had not visited in many years due to my last average experience at the hotel when it was managed by a different brand about 10-15 years ago. I decided to give it another chance and I reserved a Garden Villa Suite. Immediately after checking in, I requested to be moved due to the poor condition of the room. Unfortunately, the hotel is mostly occupied so the hotel claimed I could not be moved to another suite or two connecting rooms to accommodate my family. What is more, the front desk supervisor was not particularly interested in learning about the problems, first hand. Instead, he offered to send an “engineer” - essentially his solution was to suggest he could fix the myriad of the below problems, which would include, in my view, painting and renovating the entire room, which would disrupt my vacation. Thus, I explained to him that all of the problems could not be fixed quickly during my stay, but if he was interested in seeing the problems first hand, I would be happy to have him come over and show him. The primary purpose for that invitation was so that another guest would not have the same experience. He was not interested in doing so, however. Nor was he interested in offering any amenity, discount, or compensation for the substandard quality of the overpriced room that he was not willing to walk over and see. Below are a few of the problems: 1. The walls are scuffed. 2. The sliding doors appear to be rusted, and the frame of the front door is rusted. 3. The light switches for the dimmable lights in the bedroom have to adjusted just right to turn on because the switch is faulty. 4. The light in the closet does not turn on. 5. The water pressure in the sink is poor. 6. The furniture looks worn. 7. The phone in the bedroom does not work. 8. The speaker on the living room phone allows you to hear the caller, but they cannot hear you unless you pick up the handset. While I am sure there are other issues, these were the ones I immediately identified. Separately, they have security bars that go across the sliding door, presumably for security. However, they are unattractive and not consistent with a supposed high-end hotel. It is unlikely I will stay here again unless the rates drop dramatically and come in line with the quality of the hotel. This way my expectations can be matched with the price I am paying. I don’t write reviews generally because typically when one complains at a nice hotel, they show an interest in fixing it. Accordingly, I am writing this review because the supervisor had no interest in seeing the problems himself, which would have, at a minimum, shown an interest in fixing the room for another guest. Hopefully, the rest of the vacation will not be consistent with the start of it.

Beach is too far away and is county property, poor facilities, Inside of hotel is great, property needs modernization. No Bell staff and you are on your own when you depart (they don't warn you of that either). I was forced to take an Uber to the airport, driver fell asleep and crashed - almost killed me...

After not traveling for 18 months we were looking for the perfect location to crash.....I think we found it. Three pools, wonderful choice of restaurants, pristine white sand beach and service beyond compare. From the front desk at check in, the cocktail servers by the pool, restaurant staff and the friendly housekeeping staff this resort has it all. Great dining choices on the property and close by. Hope to get back here soon.

Hotel is nice, but the rooms need a little refreshing. Overall, beautiful lobby and great restaurants. The Key Lime Martini at the outside restaurant was amazing. Our bartender, Boris was wonderful! The biggest downside of this resort is beach access. You have to wait in line for the tram to access the beach, as it is a 20-30 min walk on the boardwalk to get to the beach. The tram is shared by the public, which has access right next to the resort via a parking lot. This is OK in the am, but in the afternoon, when you're tired and hot, waiting 30 min for a tram is unacceptable. There is no way to distinguish hotel guest from non-guests, so there were a few people that cut the line, since no one checked. Lines for the tram, lines to get food at the beach, no chairs at the pool.. not what one expects when paying so much for resort fees. The spa is gorgeous, but skip the manicures. Way overpriced and extremely underrated. Didn't last 3 hours. Make sure to budget time to enjoy the amenities, as they are wonderful.

Yes there is food and drink service at the Pool by the Hotel staff. The beach restaurant is a walk up yourself for to-go option food and beverage to-go. Food items off the grill and limited salad/cold items. Villa garden suites are spacious and recently renovated furnishings. Nice and private.

No idea about the kids services. Transfer to the beach is through non stop trolleys, that go down the boardwalk.

Yes there is a adults only pool and it was open when we stayed there. Also the walk to the beach is 10-25 min through a nice private walkway or in an extended golf cart which you can access right outside the pool. It’s super convenient. The beach is private from a standpoint of beach chairs, umbrellas and space to relax ... you can see people walking across ... but still a good private feeling. Real nice set up with staff, drinks, food etc for resort residents only.
