1. PRISONER BURPEES (20 lbs dumbbells or 40 lbs
2. HIGH KNEES + TOUCHDOWN
3. GROUND TO OVERHEAD (15lbs)
4. BOX JUMPS or step ups
5. STEP BACK LUNGES + BICEP CURL
Ok- so sometimes stuff bugs me enough to make an entire video about it😂 (but this one was fun)! Lots of videos are taking over YouTube claiming HUGE calorie claims for their workouts (typically low impact, no weights, and slower strength moves). And of course they get millions of views. 700 calories in 30 mins??? Huh?? 🤔

I am a HUGE supporter of you doing WHATEVER it takes to get you to exercise. Goat yoga? Dancing in a chair? Great👍 I don’t like getting caught up in the “perfect exercise for you” BS.
Just remember to ignore empty PROMISES and exercise to feel better in your body and your head. Exercising for Calorie burn won’t be motivating for very long.
