‘Assembled: The Making of WandaVision’ documentary comes to Disney+ today

The documentary series Assembled goes behind the scenes of shows and movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, following the filmmakers, cast, crew, and Marvel heroes to show how this universe gets made. The first episode in the series, Assembled: The Making of WandaVision, premieres on Disney+ today, Friday, March 12.

The season finale of the critically-acclaimed show WandaVision premiered on March 5, and this documentary comes right on its heels to go behind the making of what was the first Marvel Studios series on Disney+.

You’ll hear from Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany and WandaVision’s creative team as they pull back the curtain on the production. You’ll learn how they drew inspiration from classic sitcoms, copied early filmmaking methods and what it was like performing an episode in front of a live studio audience.

You’ll also spend time with newcomers to the MCU, including Teyonah Parris and Kathryn Hahn, along with returning favorites like Kat Dennings and Randall Park.
