Rising 9th Grade STUDENT (2023/24)

All current 8th grade students that are interested in being a member of our 9th grade class for the 2024/25 school year must take the High School Placement Test (HSPT) @STA on Saturday, December 2nd .

Please use this link to fill out the HSPT registration and to submit the $50 application fee. Note that the registration for the HSPT also counts as your student’s 9th grade application. 10th-11th Grade Transfer Applicants

At this time, STA’s 10th -12th grade classes for the 2023/24 school year are full and we are no longer accepting new students. STA will not know about transfer availability for the 2024/25 school year until 4-1-24.

Beginning 2-1-24, parents can secure a spot on our waitlist by emailing a pdf copy of their student’s current transcript (must have semester one grades for 2023/24 school year) and a copy of their PSAT, PACT, SAT, or ACT scores to adam.matthews@aquinas-sta.org. Incoming Freshman Application Documentation

7th and 8th Grade Report Cards- Provide a photocopy of the students grades that includes 7th grade marks and the 1st quarter and/or 2nd quarter of 8th grade marks. If applicable, any earned high school credits should be included as well.
Standardized Test Scores - Iowa, Terra Nova, FSA, EOC, SSAT, etc. Please provide a photocopy of results.
ESE Students only - Please provide the most recent update of psychoeducational evaluation, ILP, 504, IEP, or PSSP, as applicable.

* Please note that the HSPT entrance exam application will also serve as your admissions application only if your student took the HSPT at STA.
