Sofía Dorotea María de Prusia (en alemán, Sophie Dorothea Marie von Preußen; Berlín, 25 de enero de 1719-Schwedt, 13 de noviembre de 1765), princesa de Prusia, fue hija del rey Federico Guillermo I de Prusia y de la reina consorte Sofía Dorotea de Gran Bretaña. Por matrimonio, era margravina de Brandeburgo-Schwedt.
