The food was good and the view is good as well
Arrogant and impolite staff that needs to be educated on how to treat customers and even managers are not that better
I’m really surprised it’s in a 5 star hotel

Most of the drinks are not available

Would give it a zero if I could ..

The food was Good but the service was very bad. Service was slow and very bad and killed the whole experience. Our reservation was from 6 to 8 PM and at 7:50 they told us that we need to leave and we can not oder desert which was shocking ! This is despite there were so many empty tables. I will not go back to this place again.

On entering, u awkwardly face the back of the hostess as her station is facing the wall with her back to you. What a stupid welcome. We waited till she finished the call and thankfully turnaround. Design of entrance is disrespectful. Usually a station or host is facing entrance/ guests. Another ridiculous thing is that while eating our main dish. The bill arrived before asking for it nor asking us if we seek dessert. That was their way of telling us we need to leave (10 min before 8 pm). Food was tasty but extremely expensive compared to prices abroad or even in Jordan
So are their alcohols n wine bottles. The place is not really for family . Its more of nightlife/ bar . Total Dislike. go learn courtesy and service

Arrogant staff.
Impossible to get someone to answer the phone for reservations.
Honesty. Can't wait for the Ritz to open.

This review is for Zenith restaurant and who ever is managing the restaurant- very unprofessional and definitely below par with non existent customer service that doesn’t stand for a thread of hospitality.

On arrival, we were surprised that there was no reservation under my name even though I did it through the phone with the Hotel.

The restaurant staff including the manager claimed that we didn’t make a reservation. The manager was aggressive, vulgar and rude mentioning that we need to leave the restaurant. Pretty much we were kicked-out of the restaurant in a non courteous manner.

I understand sometimes reservations might go wrong, but there’s always a way and a manner to talk to guests especially titanium elite ones .

The way that the entire staff dealt with the incident showcased that they lack decency and rapport. To add to this, the manager didn’t want to provide his name.

To add to this, we couldn’t find a GM on the ground, where later we asked to talk to the Deputy manager where he decided to investigate on his own without giving us the decency or the benefit of asking us about the incident. To give him credit, he did call me back on my phone but that was when we left the promises. And you can imagine what an awkward situation that was.

I ask the GM to make sure that his staff are well trained and humble to better maneuver future incidents.
