Hampton Court Palace tickets

Please pre-book your ticket. You can also purchase tickets on the day at our ticket office. During peak times (school holidays) we use hourly timeslots. You can arrive at any time within your chosen one-hour timeslot, so if your timeslot starts at 10.00, you can arrive any time between 10.00 and 11.00. During off-peak times (during UK term time) we have been able to remove timeslots and you can arrive any time within our opening hours.

A ticket includes entry to:

  • All open public areas of the palace 
  • The gardens, courtyards and the Maze (the Magic Garden is now closed until February half term)

Under 5s go free and do not need a ticket.

Dogs are not permitted within the palace, courtyards or gardens unless they are registered assistance dogs.

How to get tickets you've bought online

For tickets purchased online, you can choose from the following two delivery options:

Receive tickets by email or print at home

  1. Download your PDF ticket to your mobile to show at the entrance or
  2. Click the link in the email that we’ll send you and print out all your tickets

If you are not able to download your e-tickets using the link in your confirmation email, please show your reference number which begins 421xxxxxxxx to the ticket desk when you arrive and staff on site will be able to print your tickets for you.

How to get a carer ticket

Complimentary adult carer tickets can be obtained on the day of your visit upon presentation of proof of registered disability (such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter).
