This document encompasses the process of an organizational development intervention carried out within Vila Social, a non-profit organization located in Balneario Camboriu, Brazil. The text narrates how the author, afterwards an organizational diagnosis supported by experts in the field, developed, with the collaboration of main heads of the institution, a strategic plan which enabled Vila Social to define both clear strategy and organizational purpose, to start performing in a more systematized mode, and to produce social utility for its environment and, specially, for their clients/beneficiaries. This strategic plan specified strategic statement, measures of success, deliverables, structure and a business model. To conclude, a series of advices are proposed in order to facilitate the implementation of the plan.
