The story is an excellent set-up for the new Club Apocalypse series. A group of four men have bought an old motel and diner and are restoring them and making a unique BDSM club. They try to keep the landscape to match, but their landscape architect, Jolene Miller, has become unreasonable. Will their former Captain be able to work his magic with her?

Zach: The attitude is unnecessary, Jolene. Daddy doesn't like when pretty little girls talk back.
Jolene: I'm sorry I was a brat, Daddy.
Zach: That's my good girl.

The story's plot will bring Zach and Jolene together to solve problems. It's been five years since the death of her dominant husband, Ben, and Zach brings all those memories and desires to the surface, which scares her. The chemistry between these two is an erotic dance of lust, desire, passion, and pleasure. Will Jolene acquiesce to Zach's dominance and discipline? Has Zach found the missing link in his life since his military retirement?

Zach: Tell me why you haven't used a safeword?
Jolene: I don't want to. It won't come out because you might go away.

The story has two strangers meeting, yet the chemistry is instant. They are both in their forties, but that doesn't stop the feelings. Zach scolds her, disciplines her, holds her, and eventually makes love to her. Will these two take the chance to have a future together?

I loved the story and especially liked Zach and Jolene together. This story was featured in the 2021 Dirty Daddies Anthology. Now, I am excited to read more in this new series.

I don't really go for the daddy thing.
Also not a huge fan of spanking.
I also don't like adult men being condescending and treating adult women like people that can't take care of themselves on their own.
I don't mind bdsm, just not into this style.
The native plant restoration was nice.

A new series and I'm completely down with it! I've been a fan of Raisa Greywood's books since she came on the scene and this series is probably going to become a favorite. Mark, aka War, and his 3 friends have opened a BDSM club and things were going good until some trouble arrived. It has kept visitors away so Ryan ( one of the other guys) hires Kendra who specializes in marketing business's. I loved how strong she is and how she doesn't back down from any of the guys but her personal interest is Mark. He doesn't want a relationship but finds her intriguing and then they start dancing around each other. I loved watching this interaction between them wondering who was going to give in first. Can they make it work, even though they both don't seem to want this? Such a good start to a new series and the secondary characters are some I'm looking forward to reading about, especially Gabby!!
