The main benefit of this resort is the localization for people who come mainly to Disney World Parks. It is very near Disney World and this is a very big plus. The resort stays besides an outlet (Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores), which has very good prices and good stores, even if not so many stores as the bigger outlets in Orlando. The nearness of the Walmart Supercenter at Vineland road is also a plus. Apart from localization, the big space of the rooms, which include full kitchens and separate bedrooms is also very good.

My stay in Orlando with my grandbabies were perfect. The Rosen Inn was great, and I will be making my reservation for next year with Rosen Inn. My air conditioner in my room cut up a little where it did not want to get cool, but it was so hot in Florida, that that could have been the issue. It did not warrant a phone call to front desk because all in all it was fine. I loved the pool, and my grandbabies did too. We will be back and Rosen Inn will be our stay.

Location and Value are the key points for this property. It's located less than 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World resort area and about 18-20 minutes to Universal Studios Florida - there wasn't much traffic as it was just the start of spring break season. Having booked it within less than a month to my check-in date the value was excellent when compared to similar options (Airbnbs or Hotels offering kitchenette apartments).

It was my first time in Florida and my first time staying at this hotel, which left me with a very satisfactory and excellent impression, beginning with the location which is it perfect if you're visiting Universal Studios and they also have shuttle services to the park in case you dont feel like driving or walking over there. The room size was very decent and very well equipped, which I highly recommend!

Spacious property, that was clean and well supplied - kitchen utensils, towels etc. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the grounds were nice. We didn’t use the extra facilities, but they looked well maintained. Great location for Disney, just a short drive, and near shops & fuel stations etc. Not too far into Orlando or Universal etc either.

My daughter and I stayed for mother's day weekend 2021. If time permits, we will be booking at The Florida Hotel and Conference Center in the Florida Mall over and over again. My daughter and I highly recommend this hotel from the service we received to the convenience and comfort of the hotel- Thankyou-(mother/daughter approved)

One of the best hotels in Orlando! Coming from someone with an annual pass to Disney World! This hotel provides great customer service & yummy breakfast. Very pleased with the no parking fee & no hotel fee as every hotel in Orlando has either both or one. Thank you Barbara for checking up on our stay every day! Kudos Hilton! ⭐️

Excellent location for arrival from airport then departing for other Florida locations. Loved the shower!!!! The breakfast exceeded expectations for hotel breakfast:. Good selections and tasty food. The staff was wonderful, both the night staff when I arrived and the morning staff when I left. Helpful, friendly, very nice!

The hotel is very well located and operates a shuttle to both Universal Studios and Disneyworld. The Universal Resort can also be reached on foot - about a 20 minute walk. The rooms are big and comfortable and staff was very friendly. The breakfast was basic but had good options for all.

Perfect location from both Disneyworld and Universal Studios. Great value for the money. The included continental breakfast was simpel but very good. And most important: very comfortable bed and the bathroom was fresh. You can't get a better hotel in this price range.

Location was perfect, stood here over a weekend for Vibra Urbana at the Central Florida Fairgrounds. UBer is about an $8 ride and walking is no more then 25min. Comfortable clean Hotel with rooms with balcony. The pool was a huge plus and the staff is awesome.

The entire stay was fantastic. The rooms were spotless. The feel of “old-times” was present throughout the hotel. The staff were all so nice and very helpful. Being from Florida, we know how important good air conditioning is. Excellent!

Spacious rooms, everything was clean. Beautiful outdoor area, Starbucks inside is very convenient. Walgreens in walking distance and the hotel is right next to the Universal Studios and only 20 minutes to Disney with Mears-Shuttle.

Very good location near Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studios. At walking distance of several restaurants and souvenir shops. Walmart is a minute drive. The family room was big enough for 6. Nice pool and gym.

The hotel and its location were great. A short drive from universal and Disney is on the doorstep. We used all the pools and lazy rivers while we were there. There were enough facilities to keep our kids entertained.

The location of this hotel is amazing especially if you’re in Orlando for the parks! There is a bus available to take you to Disney & universal parks and so much choice for food around!

It was a great hotel and I will definitely stay hear when I come back to Orlando Florida it was a great and beautiful hotel and the price was really great thanks for having us....

This Pool Area is better then the water parks in orlando Florida soooooo relaxing.

The breakfast was great, the location was fantastic, near Disney and Universal.
