Opportunities to visit

Autumn 2024

ⓘ  We have experienced technical issues with Google Forms. If you filled in a response before 11:15am on Mon 9 Sep 2024, please re-submit your response, otherwise we cannot guarantee that your spot on the open day has been registered. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions.

If you’re a prospective student considering applying to the Theatre School, one of the best ways to find our more about conservatoire training is to meet us, either in person or online.

If you can’t make the below dates, then another way to get a feel for how we work is to come along to a performance. The Theatre School produces two to three productions each term, which are staged for public audiences in theatres and arts venues around Bristol. Students from all departments work collaboratively on these productions. You can see a full list of our upcoming shows on our events calendar. You can also find out more about training at BOVTS on our YouTube channel.

Graduate Sahir Mehta
As soon as I visited the School, I fell in love with the place. Perhaps it sounds a bit irrational, but sometimes you get a vibe - and you just know! BOVTS gave me all the tools I needed to prepare for a career as an actor. Sahir Mehta, MA Professional Acting, 2018
