When Anna Marie von Brandenburg-Ansbach was born on 28 December 1526, in Stuttgart, Württemberg, German Empire, her father, George "the Pius" von Brandenburg-Ansbach, was 42 and her mother, Herzogin Hedwig von Schlesien-Münsterberg, was 18. She married Duke of Wurttemberg Christoph von Württemberg Herzog von Württemberg on 23 February 1544, in Ansbach, Bavaria, Germany. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 10 daughters. She died on 20 May 1589, in Nürtingen, Württemberg, German Empire, at the age of 62, and was buried in Tübingen, Württemberg, German Empire.
