Agnes Blues, Roots & Rock Festival 2022 CANCELLED
Save The Date: 17-19 February 2023

The Agnes Blues, Roots & Rock Festival team, after much deliberation and consideration of the Queensland Health directions along the preported modeling for peak infection period in Queensland, have come to the conclusion to cancel the festival in 2022. 

This was not an easy decision to make, there is plenty of disappointment and frustration from the team who work tirelessly behind the scenes, however the health and safety of patrons, performers, stallholders, volunteers and the community must always take precedence.

The 2023 dates have been selected and all patrons, performers, sponsors, suppliers and supporters should put the 17th-19th February 2023 in their calendar! 

It’s going to be a big one…

All 2022 #AgnesBluesFest tickets have been automatically transferred over to the 2023 festival, however if patrons would prefer a refund in full, please email tickets@dctc.com.au. We have sent this update and refund instructions to each registered 2022 ticket holders email. There were over 850 tickets sold so please be mindful that refunds may take 7-14 days to process.

Regular festival performers and patrons will recall this event was postponed by one month in 2015, when Cyclone Marcia was skirting off the coast. Some of the core festival organising team were part of that reschedule, so there’s plenty of experience in critical decision making and how best to cater for the loyal patrons of this festival. Your participation and positive communication can compliment our future festivals, and other live music performances in regional Australia and we’d like to THANK YOU for that.
