Bids will be received by General Contractor, Pence Contractors, 5400 Meadows Road, Suite 400, Lake Oswego, OR 97035 by the time and date listed above. Bids responses received after time and date listed above will not be considered. Bid responses may be emailed to [email protected] or submitted through our website. Non-mandatory site walks will occur on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024, at 3:30 PM and Wednesday, May 15th, 2024 at 3:30 PM (meet at South Building main office). All questions are due by Monday, May 13th, 2024, by 5:00 PM.

Scopes being bid are All trades. Bidders must follow bid instructions and submit on bid forms provided.

Pence Contractors will be bidding to self perform the following scopes: CIP concrete, metal fabrication, rough carpentry, roof hatch install, division 10 specialties install, equipment installation, site furnishings install, and site concrete. This project is a PREVAILING WAGE project in accordance with ORS Chapter 279C. All bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and have secured a public works bond in accordance with rules set forth by governing authorities at time of bid.

The contractor reserves the right to: reject any or all bids; reject any bid not in compliance with the bid procedures or requirements; reject for good cause any bid that would be in the public’s best interest to do so; and waive minor irregularities or discrepancies in any or all bids.
