Then, Business Manager at International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 18, Michael Bertolone joins the show to share his inspiring story of starting off as an active landscape professional to now growing into a managerial role within Local 18. Michael also shares details about Local 18’s Member Assistance Program which focuses on helping members struggling with addiction, depression, and more.
