Kel Mitchell’s Ex-Wife Got Pregnant By Multiple Men During Their Marriage, Actor Reveals On ‘Club Shay Shay’

Kel Mitchell has alleged that his ex-wife, Tyisha Hampton, got pregnant by another man at least three times during their marriage.

The Nickelodeon star made the shocking claims during his interview with Shannon Sharpe on Wednesday's episode of "Club Shay Shay."

Mitchell, who was married to Hampton from 1999 to 2005, claimed that the first alleged instance happened early in their marriage.

According to the 45-year-old actor, before they welcomed their son Lyric, Hampton became pregnant, but they decided to get an abortion.

Mitchell claimed it was only after they welcomed their son in 1999 that Hampton confessed that the fetus they had aborted didn't belong to the "All That" star.

"We had the abortion, but then we had a baby, and she ended up telling me that the baby that was aborted wasn't mine," he alleged to Sharpe.

Asked if "the marriage was never the same after that," Mitchell admitted that he had no time to "really process" his then-wife's alleged confession due to his busy schedule at the time.

Despite this, Mitchell said he "stuck around."

However, Mitchell alleged that Hampton got pregnant again, and the father "wasn't me."

Explaining how he discovered this, the "Kenan & Kel" star recalled that they were no longer having sex at the time "because I knew what was going on." He also claimed his then-wife had stopped coming home.

According to the actor, he decided to search for her one day while on a break from work and saw his other car, which Hampton had been driving, at the parking lot of a nearby hotel.

There, he allegedly crossed paths with a male friend of Hampton's who used to visit their home. He claimed he "had a feeling" when he saw the unnamed man heading to his then-wife's car, confronted him, and told him, "Oh, OK, what's up? Take me upstairs."

Mitchell allegedly found Hampton in the hotel room the man led him to, and she was "surprised" by his sudden appearance.

When Hampton allegedly tried to explain, the actor "walked out" instead of arguing with her.

However, Mitchell said he later decided to go back up and confront Hampton and the man. He suggested an altercation ensued that led to police officers being called.

Despite this, Mitchell said he still tried to make things work with Hampton for the sake of their children, who also include their daughter Allure.

"Like a goofy, still stayed around. We were trying to make it work for the kids," he told Sharpe.

But he alleged that Hampton got pregnant by another unnamed man for the third time and suffered a miscarriage.

According to the actor, he allegedly only learned about this pregnancy during a doctor's visit for a separate medical issue.

Mitchell decided to finally end the marriage in 2004 when he allegedly received a call from a man, who told him he and Hampton wanted to be together while he was away filming a project.

Mitchell has since moved on with his now wife Asia Lee, whom he married in 2012.

The couple welcomed daughter Wisdom in 2017 and son Honor in 2020.
