I was listening to my playlist and Irish Pub song and Regular Army O played right next to each other. I never realized they had the same melody.
I can't find anything on what the name of the melody is, though. Does anyone know?

TunePal lists the tube name as Hot Asphalt. Lots of songs recycle existing melodies.
I could not find a title for the tune. It's also used for at least two other songs, as discussed in this subreddit seven years ago:
