Two people airlifted to hospital after crash on Route 31 in Palmyra

Palmyra, N.Y. — Two people had to be airlifted to the hospital after a crash on Route 31 in Palmyra Saturday.

According to New York State Police, a Mustang struck a Honda. Route 31 was closed off near Old Route 31 but has since reopened.

The driver of the mustang and a passenger in the Honda were airlifted to Strong Memorial Hospital. Both people are in stable condition. No charges are expected to be filed.
