Harshal Patel to bowl his third. Klaasen plays with soft hands on the on side, two runs. Four! Klaasen swipes the second delivery through covers. OUT! A wide, slower delivery, Nitish chases it but slices to deep cover.

Rahul Chahar into the attack. Slightly short, Abhishek miscues his pull shot but it falls well ahead of the fielder in the deep. Just the four runs from the over. 

Rishi with his third over. Six!! Slower ball on a length, Abhishek waits and lofts it over long on for a six! 12 runs off the over. Time for the strategic timeout. 

Harshal Patel into the attack. Six!! Leading edge but falls beyond the boundary at third man. Another six for Abhishek Sharma. Four!! Full this time, lofted over cover for another boundary. No ball!! Six!! Full toss above waist height and Tripathi manages to get it over short fine for six! WICKET!!! Tripathi finally mistimes one and its held on by Arshdeep.

Arshdeep continues. Four!! Short first up, the top edge on Abhishek’s pull runs away for a boundary. Four!! Short of a length, Abhishek pulls over midwicket for a boundary. Six!! Short again, pulled over deep square leg for a six. 

Rishi Dhawan into the attack. Short and wide cut to backward point. Six!!! Full on the stumps, Tripathi lofts it straight down the ground for six. Four!! Full, driven on the up past mid on for a boundary. Four!! Outside edge, runs past short third for a boundary. 

Arshdeep in as impact player. Travis Head likewise for SRH.

Tripathi in at 3. Four!! Tripathi gets off the mark with a drive through the covers. Four!! Slightly wide, lofted above short third for a boundary. Appeals for lbw but it was going down leg.

It looked like Sunrisers Hyderabad was pulling back into the contest with wickets late in the innings, but a rearguard from Jitesh Sharma saw Punjab Kings post a commanding total of 214. The home team can provisionally move to the second spot if it gets the total. Be back in 15 mins for the chase.

Nitish to Jitesh, pulls to deep square for one run. A slower delivery, Shivam’s attempted scoop fails. A top edge on the third delivery, one run to fine leg. FOUR! Pat Cummins now. OUT! Rossouw falls short of a fifty! Tries to heave a full toss over long on, holes out to the fielder in the deep.

He tries to pull a short delivery but does not connect, the ball hits him on the mid-rif and pops up after a small brush off his glove. A wide yorker on the fifth, Prabhsimran chases it, guides it to covers and runs one. A single on the final delivery makes it 20 from the over. 

Viyaskanth again. Prabhsimran flicks the fourth delivery off his back foot to get two runs and reach his half century. SIX! In the slot and Prabhsimran clears his leg out and hits it down the ground. 10 runs from the over.

Natarajan returns. WICKET!! Short and wide, Taide cuts it straight to backward point.

Viyaskanth into the attack. Slightly wide, Taide punches to deep cover for a single. Four!! Prabhsimran lofts it straight down the ground for a boundary. Prabhsimran slog sweeps one to the midwicket boundary, Nitish does brilliantly well to leap and push it back into the play.

Bhuvneshwar continues. On middle, turned to the legside for a couple. Chance! Taide’s shot just evades the hand of the bowler. A quick single taken. Four!! Prabhsimran makes room but is yorked, the ball runs away for four. Four!! Back of a length, Prabhsimran lofts it past mid on for a boundary. 

Cummins with the second over. Taide drives a full one through the gap in the offside to get a couple. Four!! Full again, driven down the ground for a boundary. Short outside off, cut to deep point for a single. Appeals for lbw as Cummins bowls one in the blockhole, going down leg though.
