I have traveled to many places around the world and I highly recommend this place. The staff were very nice, the room was clean and we were treated very friendly. Reception will bring you anything you need and give you instructions on where to go and where not to go which are the most practical reminders. Will definitely come back. I had delicious breakfast and great room service.

Old interiors, smell not fresh. Still see lot of dust in the room. There is not much choice for restaurant. Have a bad night with cockroaches. The pillow and the sheet seems old. Not in the center of the city. Have to book a taxi to go to the center

We stayed for 5 nights and had the most amazing service with attentive care from the staff and reception, great food in the restaurant and amazing spa treatments. Very easy to get places in the City Very helpful helping us with transportation from the airport for a fee, arranging a fun cooking class and helpfully solving the booking problem. The rooms are spacious, very clean and quiet.

From the moment we entered this hotel we were treated like the best customers. The staff are friendly, professional and very welcoming. They arranged pick up from the airport and it went smoothly. The rooms are clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated with all the most modern amenities. The hotel is a quiet getaway amidst the busy and bustling neighborhoods of Saigon. My favorite part of our stay was the breakfast buffet. There's plenty on the menu to please anyone, and rooms have great views of the city. We highly recommend you to stay here and experience it.

Hotel excellent. Breakfast and dinner great, room clean, bed, pillows and shower all great. Pool area and other facilities generally all good. Staff really made experience great. Reception staff exceptional. Amongst other things I had a problem with previous hotel which I didn't think they would be able to handle but they had enough patience & english to understand the issue and sort it out for me. Bar staff good and shuttle bus down town was great. Driver looked after us wonderfully. Drinks and food were similar in price to options outside hotel which is usually not the case.
