i have a team of wanderer, furina, and layla, should the 4th slot be diona or qiqi?

Get Bennett, he's currently available in Paimon's Bargains and he'll offer a huge ATK buff through his burst, alongside healing, and he'll trigger the ATK buff on Wanderer's skill.
No need 2 shield so no Diona. Qiqi is weak most of the time but I suppose if you want a healer and have no other options then she can work.
Alternatively, drop Layla and replace her with Diona, then you will have more options.
With furina, you’ll either have to use a team wide healer (jean, mika, charlotte, baizhu, etc) or Bennett.
Bennett does not heal enough for Furina, AND gives no shield or interruption resistance, AND infuses you with pyro so you can get deleted by reactions.
Bennett is absolutely enough for Furina. You don't need to necessarily max out her stacks with him, his ATK buff is enough to off set the loss of some fanfare stacks. You can even build him with Maiden's to build stacks more easily though I didn't bother honestly
As for the rest, Bennett heals fast enough that it's really not much different than other non-shield Bennett teams. Which are fine
The whole point of using Bennett with Furina is to trade some fanfare stacks for 1k attack. It’s usually more damage than a teamwide healer especially if Furina has cons.
Both those teams are not great. His best furina teams without faruzan imo are mika/yun jin c6, healer/yelan, or bennet/flex.
