The 31-year-old actress posted a picture of her posing in her newly made-over home, writing: "What you think I look at home."
In her next story, Coleen shared a raw, unfiltered mirror selfie that showed off her imperfections like frizzy hair and eye bags. "But actually, I look like this," she wrote.
"I look sick. I look pale. I look depressed," she wrote. "My hair's a frizzy mess, especially in this insane heat."
Coleen explained that this is what she *actually* looks like without all the makeup, and that it's not caused by vices, marital problems, or depression.
"No, it's not 'cause of bisyo. It's not 'cause of unbearable stress or marital problems or depression. It's because I'm human. We all are. I break out, I get tired, I'm getting older every day."
She went on to call out how the internet has a tendency to bash things that are real and unfiltered when it doesn't look pretty for them despite always complaining about how everything on social media is "fake."
"Showbiz is a switch we turn on until we get to shed the makeup, the hair extensions, and the pretensions and just BE. We complain about how everything on social media is so fake and filtered, and then in the same breath, we bash what's real when we feel like it's not pretty for us," she continued.
She concluded her powerful Instagram Story by imploring her followers to help make the internet a safer place for everybody by avoiding all the bashing and speculation—celebrity or not.
"Anyone can bash, judge, and speculate. Or we can lessen that and make it SAFER for people to be authentic. 'Cause no one should ever feel like they need to put on a mask to be accepted."
She then posted a picture of her husband Billy Crawford cuddling with their toddler Amari. "Basta kami... masaya kami," she concluded.

Coleen's series of Instagram Stories comes after a photo of Billy started circulating online in which netizens took notice of his "sickly" appearance.
"There's this viral photo kasi of Billy going around kaya I felt the need to address it without directly addressing it," she shared in a recent ABS-CBN report.
According to her, Billy had always had "dark undereyes" and "major hair loss" even when they started dating.
"Actually, I don't know if you've ever seen him before without makeup. But long before we even started dating, he's always had dark undereye circles and major hair loss na," she revealed, noting that they only get camouflaged when he goes through hair and makeup for his television appearances.
Coleen also explained that Billy's *super* busy schedule is also the cause of his tired appearance recently. ICYDK, the actor-slash-singer was recently in France for promotional activities.
"Medyo ngarag lang 'cause we've both been working more than usual while balancing a lot of things. Lalo na si Billy. He's out of town now overnight lang, but he just came from France for a month, then he's leaving for the US next week," she shared.
Coleen added: "He'll mostly be in France again for the remainder of the year, ang daming travels."
