Renfe timetables (Cádiz - Jerez De La Frontera)

Hi!

I'm trying to find train tickets from Cádiz to Jerez de la Frontera. The Renfe timetable says that there's a 11:23 train every day, but when I try to book a journey, there are no such options, and in fact the trains seems to be much less frequent than in the timetable.

I tried to contact Renfe, but unfortunately they do not reply.

Perhaps anyone has experience with this and knows if the timetables are up to date? Is it possible that some times are only bookable in the train station?

Thanks!

When are you trying to book them? It might be too far in advance.

You can get from Cádiz to Jerez in a media distancia train or by cercanías. If it's cercanías you just pay at the station.

Spain differentiates between long and medium distance and short distance trains. First link you are looking for short distance trains, second link for medium distance trains. For short distance trains you must buy them in the station or, as it's website shows, with your credit card in the ticket validator

cercanías are commuter trains - they run to Jérez about every 25 minutes-ish, less outside rush hour. You buy the ticket just before you get on
