Jadeja gave a deja-vu to the fans by giving them nostalgia of the memorable night of the finals against GT last year. The official social media handle of the franchise shared a special video of Jadeja as he recalled the emotions that unfurled on the last ball of the final when he slammed a boundary. Jadeja turned out to be CSK's hero on the night of the final despite facing just 6 balls. Facing Mohit Sharma in the last over, when CSK needed 10 off the last 2 balls, Jadeja slammed a six and a four to seal the deal for CSK.

The local boy lit up the Ahmedabad crowd with a thrilling finish and helped CSK lift their 5th IPL title. Jadeja relived last year's scenes when he was also lifted by MS Dhoni in an iconic moment in IPL history.
