Friends star Courteney Cox has reflected on her life so far and shares her biggest regret.
The 59-year-old actress has become a household name thanks to her role in the noughties sitcom as Monica Geller, alongside roles in Scream and Ace Ventura: Pet Detective.
It turns out fame doesn't protect you from insecurity, though, as Courteney has shared.

When taking part in the Gloss Angeles podcast, Courteney reflected on her relationship with cosmetics and face fillers over the years.
She told hosts Kirbie Johnson and Sara Tan: "Thinking I was getting older when I was really young, that's just a bummer, a waste of time; it's a domino effect, it's like you don't realise that you look a little off, so then you keep doing more cause you look normal to yourself.
"You look in the mirror and go, 'Oh, that looks good,' you think, and you don't realise what it looks like to the outside person and just doing too many fillers and having to have them removed - which thank God they are removable - I think I messed up a lot and now luckily I can, I was able to reverse most of that, now I'm actually just older."
She also looked back on how she feels when viewing old photographs of herself in her filler phase.

She said: "I look at pictures of me from when I thought I looked okay, and I can't believe it."
Courteney has been open and honest about her appearance and expectations throughout the years.
The podcast comments followed an interview she gave to New Beauty in 2017, in which she shared how readily available and encouraged fillers are.
She said: "You go to a doctor who would say, 'You look great, but what would help is a little injection here or filler there.'"

She continued: "I feel better [after having my fillers removed] because I look like myself.
"I think that I now look more like the person that I was."
She concluded: "Things are going to change. Everything's going to drop. I was trying to make it not drop, but that made me look fake.
"You need movement in your face, especially if you have thin skin like I do.

"Those aren't wrinkles - they're smile lines. I've had to learn to embrace movement and realise that fillers are not my friend."
