Wait until you see the closet
Linda Evangelista, one of the world's most photographed faces, has listed her stylish New York City penthouse for $9,450,000.
The Canadian-born supermodel is ready to move on from her historic perch, built in 1930 on Manhattan's Lower West Side.
The building's condo conversion was completed in 1996, and the address offers superluxe living in the oh, so chic Chelsea neighborhood.

At just over 4,000 square feet, the posh pad affords incredible views of both the Hudson River and The High Line, a beautiful park that was constructed along an elevated railroad track. Sunlight floods the four-bedroom, two-bath apartment, highlighting the modern upgrades (concrete floors, huge windows) and charming details (exposed brick walls).
Loads of built-ins and recessed lighting adorn the main rooms, which include a living area with a fireplace and a windowed pass-through to the kitchen. The cook space has been outfitted with butcher block counters and stainless steel appliances, including a fridge from Sub-Zero.
The primary bedroom is tucked into a corner and has a bathroom with a soaking tub and glass shower. The to-die-for closet is adjacent, with a window, seating area, and lots of shelves and cubbies for clothes, shoes, and bags.

Views of the water and city can be enjoyed from the private, 2,500-square-foot terrace that's accessed via retractable glass doors. As befits a building of this caliber, multiple amenities are baked in, such as a full-time door attendant, concierge service, a live-in manager, bike room, and several common areas.
Evangelista was one of an elite group of 1990s supermodels who ruled the fashion magazines and dominated the couture catwalks. She's appeared on more than 700 magazine covers and was the face of Revlon and Versace.
Evangelista has been reportedly dealing with health issues recently.
