Went to the Conch Republic for appetizers and drinks. Had a great time! Service was excellent! Food was great also! Shout out to our bartender Selina! She hustled the entire time! Probably one of the best bartenders I've ever had! Can't wait to go back!

Assembly line food at premium prices. Loud, unappealing and total lack of ambiance. Food was served less than hot and tasted mediocre.

We had a very good dinner at the Conch Republic Seafood restaurant: key west lobster (without claws) and blackened snapper. The restaurant is right on the Barbour with a very lively atmosphere 😎

Return trip and ordered different items. Snapper was still very good, as was the bacon wrapped shrimp and Caesar salad.

Try the fish dip. Also very good.

It's quite a big restaurant. Luckily we had a booth. Food was fine for four of us; I however went for the catch of the day, Swordfish, which was partly very tough; more catch of the week than the day.
We were made very welcome, until: we paid.
The check came whilst we were having dessert. So duly paid the bill, which was substantial.
From that moment onwards we were no
longer welcome.
Every time the server passed, he gave a knock on the table muttering thank you.
We were in there for just over an hour.
So, Conch Republic, next time in Key West, you won't be on our list.
