WEST ORANGE — Meet cute, little Boots, who is sitting in the shelter in his puppy years when he should be playing with children in a backyard with his furever family.
Boots is an 8-week-old mix breed whose mother has a little German Shepherd in her.
Boots is a very vocal pup while in his kennel.
Please don’t make him keep singing the blues.
