I really don't understand why people like Huo Linger more than Qingyi (Yue chan). I mean I didn't feel Huo linger and Shi hao's relationship until episode 155. In the beginning, it just feel like a friendship where Huo Linger always slap and bully Shi hao like a friendship thing. I don't feel for her at all. I only guess people like her a lot because they she is the first female character to be shown first. Out of the three girl Qingyi, YunXi and Huo Linger, I see Qingyi romance with Shi hao the most. I actually like Qingyi more than the other 2. My favorite part was the wedding even though it was forced by Shi hao's mother. Qing looks beautiful and cute in the wedding dress. Whenever they together, I can see the romance between them. To be honest I think Qingyi is actually shown with the most romance with Shi hao than the other 2 girl.

I don't prefer any of them specifically, but Huo Ling'er is the "childhood sweetheart". She knew him since he was a child. Plus, in every decision, she always sided with Shi Hao and helped him, while the other two girls have had less chances to do so.
Qingyi is more like the challenge of him taking down a high minded icy maiden setting.
I do agree what you say. Qingyi challenge him like that maybe because shi hao taking on so many strong people. From what I seen so far, its just Shi hao going against all the genius clan by himself. There are some people will help him, but 80% of the time will be him alone going against all of them. I think thats why she is being like that and want him to focus more on his cultivation and get stronger. She knows shi hao has talent and future will stand above them all. I can't blame qingyi for like that.
That’s because Huo Linger no matter what would take Shi Hao‘s side. Qinyi and Yunxi, in certain decisions would put forward their own interest.
You see that in the fight of Shi Hao with the celestial clan even tho we can agree Yunxi was coerced. As for Qinyi, Yue Chan straight up hates him, and when they were selecting youngsters to enter immortal domain, she straight up decided she wanted to enter than stay with him in the lower domains were cultivation was then not possible.
As for Huo Linger even after becoming ominous and her Primordial Spirit changing at the same time being sent to the foreign land for eons, with the previous spirit being held captive in the ominous prisons. Her new spirit still trusted him.
And Huo Linger is the most powerful among all his wives at least in the Perfect world novel, she becomes an Immortal King. And continues the fighting with him in STH, and TSR.
Although in TSR I think they all become Quasi immortal emperors at the end.

What you mean by Qingyi hate him? I know Yue chan hate shi hao like hell. The part you say she didn't go with him to the lower domains because cultivation was not possible. Isn't that that the part where Qingyi and Yue chan already merge. So her feeling was complicated, it could be Qingyi or Yue chan. Later on she regret it not going to the lower realm with him and heard that shi hao got kill by 3 emperor king. That where Qingyi was worry and cough bloods. Another thing I didn't get why huo linger still alive for so long. I heard Huo linger was captured or something. I forgot to ask the person how did Huo linger became a emperor king. All that person told me that Huo linger waited millions years waiting for him and she became a Emperor king.
I said Yue Chan hates him, and even after merging part of Yue Chan personality lingers in Qinyi even though she was the dorminant personality.
Huo Linger becomes an immortal King after becoming ominous in the foreign land. She will be captured by Xu Tuo and Anlan along side sin province in the desolate border fight with Shi Hao.

She survives because they wanted to use her against him, moreover when she got infected by the ominous, her primordial spirit changed so in a sense she had Huo Likgers body but it was a different Huo Linger.
At the end Shi Hao will free her
nice. Anyway I heard it was a good and short ending. Shi hao build a palace to each one of her empress Qingyi, YunXi and Huo Linger. I happy with it. I hope when the donghua gets there will show Qingyi, Yunxi and huo linger more in the scared ruins than the novel.
That ending is in the Sacred Ruins. In Perfect World he moves on to fight More powerful enemies alongside Huo Linger. At this point Yunxi and stone villagers were put to an eternal slumber by him inside the 9 dragons pulling a coffin. Moreover the location hidden so he is the only one who can find them

What?! You actually think that? Lolol I think you binge watched too quickly. Fat girl is best girl. She treats him best and they're childhood friends. They're relationship was like people who were actually interested in each other as opposed to people who were shoved together by circumstances. She's also the girl with the most terrible end that suffers the most for MC. Their relationship has proper grounding and history, as opposed to the others.
I will say though, author is terrible at writing romance so I guess I can see it why you wrote that or think that. Read the novel imo.
I don't disagree with you. I guess I more to attached to Qingyi and shi hao whenever they together than Huo Linger. I just see more that of them happening. But at the end I heard from someone that in the novel scared ruins it was a good ending shi hao marry Qingyi, YunXi and Huo Linger. I still happy with that though.
Yeah all 3 get their own empress palace at the end of the sequel. That is all we will ever hear of them in the sequel. Even the Willow Tree gets more scenes than they do and she doesnt even talk much.
yea, that what someone told me. I was very happy about each of the girl Qingyi, YunXi, and Huo linger. All alive and well. I just hope when the donghua ever reach to Scared Ruins. I hope they still stick to Perfect world graphic. I really love the perfect world graphic and hoping to see Qingyi, YunXi and Huo Linger longer scene at the end than in the scared ruin novel. I tried watching Shrouding the heaven, the graphic wasn't my type. I couldn't bare to watch it. It just make me pull out and give up on it.

Ok first of all, SPOILER ALERT: Huo Ling'er is the favourite and rightly so. She's the one with the MC from the very beginning and has been caring for him ever since. Girl has loved him since he was a nobody. MC was getting into trouble all the time and Huo Ling'er was trying to help or save him all the time too. When the MC supposedly died after the fight with the seven gods, it's Huo Ling'er the only one who took it to her heart in mourning his death by building the grave with Shi Hao's battle armour in absence of a corpse to be buried. There's this concept of 青梅竹馬 in the Chinese culture which puts huge emphasis on the importance of a childhood lover whom you grow up with and share memories. And Huo Ling'er is that. Yunxi is a close runner up to Huo Ling'er since she started showing affection for our MC a bit later and she eventually ditched everything for Shi Hao when he got cursed with a spell that destroyed his cultivation. MC became a normal human so Yunxi abandoned everything just so she could care for and live by his side till his death by old age. Yunxi did all of that and never asked for her feelings to be returned since MC was still trapped with the trauma of having lost Huo Ling'er (this event is going to happen this year in the donghua). Qingyi, however, is nothing of the sort: she is practically indifferent to her relationship with the MC for a good chunk of the story. She got married to him through a non consensual marriage. When our MC was the brink of death after the fight with the seven gods, she didn't care for him and alright after his apparent death, she left for the upper world (this is a huge red flag in the Chinese culture since all widows have to mourn their spouse's death by staying at the family household and do nothing else). When she was reunited again with the MC in the upper world, the reaction from her is underwhelming as fuck. Mind you, Yunxi and Huo Ling'er reacted strongly with tears and everything. Shihao asked her to willingly acknowledge the validity of their marriage if he were the champion of the Three Thousand States Showdown (current arc in the Donghua), she agreed but didn't confirm it when MC was victorious and confronted her about the promise. Eventually MC proposed to her again to stay by his side but she cared more for cultivation and left for another upper cultivation tier world. Man, there's no discussion in Chinese fanbase about who the top girl is: Huo Ling'er has been holding the top 1 spot not only in Perfect World but also in the general donghua top list with votes from the community every month or so.
Spoiler alert. I don't disagree with you. You are right. I guess i just dont see anything much happening with Shi hao and Huo Linger. I just see it more romance happening with Qingyi and Shi hao. I did heard someone say that Qingyi develop more feeling for him later in the novel. After merge with yue chan, Qingyi was having complication with her feeling since it could be Qingyi then its Yue chan messing up with her feeling. She regret not following him to the mortal world and stay by his side after Shi hao was kill by 3 emperor king. She was coughing blood and worrying so much about shi hao. She waited a very very long time for him to return. Oh well he did end up marrying 3 wife happily ever after in scared ruins. I could wish it end like that in perfect world.
