“Lead the way, King,” Mark Wahlberg‘s character Michael Light tells his adopted stray in the heartwarming trailer for Arthur the King.

Based on the novel by Mikael Lindnord, the Simon Cellan Jones-directed Arthur the King introduces us to Wahlberg’s Light, a professional endurance athlete who finds an unexpected-and-extremely-cute teammate for a race that crosses 435 miles. We won’t give any spoilers away here, but go ahead and grab some tissues along with a bowl of popcorn.

Aside from Wahlberg, Arthur the King also stars Simu Liu, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Ali Suliman, and is rated PG-13 with a runtime of one hour, 47 minutes.
