Northern Santa Barbara County Athletic Round Table (NSBCART) award winners were honored, and Joan Edwards and Bryan Ayer were inducted posthumously into the NSBCART Hall of Fame Wednesday night during the NSBCART Hall of Fame and Athlete Recognition Banquet.
