Problem with missing order number and returning an item

Hi everyone, i ordered for the first time and paid with apple pay via quick check out. I didn’t received a confirmation email or any other communication from the brand. Yesterday the package arrived and i have to return one item. But i can’t start the return process because of the missing order number. I tried contacting lululemon per mail but haven’t received an answer.

Had anyone else this problem and got it resolved?

I just saw that the reviews are quite mixed how lululemon solves problems with returns but i hope that it’ll work out.

The order didn’t arrive with a package slip? I’ve ordered A TON on their site and they have all arrived with one.

Yes, unfortunately. They decided to do so seemingly as they wanted to reduce packaging. I hope the customer service can do something about it. I just hoped to see if someone had something similar happen.

I had this happen once. For whatever reason, my phone autofilled out a different email. Check your other emails, just in case!

Unfortunately nothing to find there. I use two emails but nothing at both accounts and nothing in my junk.

If it came in the mail, they usually include a paper receipt that should have all the info you need. If that doesn’t work, I’m at a loss.. sorry.

That’s the other problem unfortunately. They seem to have decided to stop sending these receipts where i live. So i just got the two ordered items in a package and nothing else.

That’s not a thing, we physically can’t send the item until we check off that we included a packing slip. It’s not just by area.

There has to be proof SOMEWHERE. In your app? Your billing statement? Your email?

I’m not sure how to help, then. You could always go into the store and ask for advice?

That isn't a thing. They don't just not send receipts to specific areas lol it's required and it isn't anything to do with less packaging lol

They can look up the purchase using your phone # or email, whichever you used to complete the purchase. Worst case, you can return it with no receipt and get a gift card.

I can see it’s hard to believe when i read your comments and i wish a lot that it’s different. But unfortunately it happened. I’ll get that no one could help but i was looking for someone having experiences with customer service or maybe of what to expect. Next store is two hour drive away so i really would like to avoid that.

I got back to the homepage where it reads that they changed their procedure and i put a photo of said part of the side too. It’s german so i translated it.

“I received my order, but there was no packing slip in the package. Do I have to return the order? From now on we ship online orders without packing slips. You can return the items using the barcode that you will find in the shipping confirmation email. Simply bring the items you want to return to your nearest store and show an educator the barcode for a hassle-free return. You can find a store near you here.

However, you may still receive a packing slip with your order during the transition phase.”
