I found someone selling an RX 560 for $20 and someone selling a GTX 1660 Super for $40, both in working condition. Which would be better? I’m using a Ryzen 5 2600, which I think would be able to run either.

The 1660 Super is nearly 3x as fast as the RX 560 so I'd say that's a no brainer, go with the 1660 Super
