The world’s strongest men, Brian Shaw, and Eddie Hall once again stole the spotlight. Days after their gym bout, they collaborated on an arm wrestling competition. Shaw posted the entire video on his YouTube channel ShawStrength, titled, “BRIAN SHAW VS. EDDIE HALL ARM WRESTLING **CRACKED HIS ARM**”

In the recent video, Shaw and his training partner, Hall, embarked on an arm wrestling training session. As they bantered back and forth, the playful exchange added excitement to their routine. The Beast, with his characteristic humor, teased Shaw by chewing so loudly, setting a light-hearted tone for the session.

In addition to their friendly banter, they began preparation for arm wrestling. They included specific exercises to target key areas like cupping, pronation, and rising. Shaw demonstrated cupping as a movement to strengthen the wrist and forearm, emphasizing the importance of maintaining stability while executing the maneuver. Both Strongman practiced one after the other.
