I love that David and Michael are basically bff and platonic soulmates, ready to stir up some mischief and there to have a good time. Season 3 is going to be glorious!
That does sound pretty positive for there being a kiss in the scripts that David’s already read the way he said, “you don’t know how many,” and then, “neither do I.” And then he looked uncomfortable probably because he’s on the spot to share about season 3 which he’s obviously under contract not to.
Remember that this is David 'THE fucking Doctor' Teninch. He's not gonna spoil.

Exactly. Question is, what scripts has he read? Neil said David’s read the first 3. And we know David’s also read the final scene. But he could have read more by now.

Also… We know David has read the last scene. So, one thing we can rule out is Azicrow having their next kiss in the last scene. Either a kiss happens in an earlier scene that David has read, or they are already together in the last scene (or both).
Or possibly no kisses that he’s read but it’s clearly open that there could be one in the scripts Neil is still writing (I don’t think it’s this).

Frankly, I think there’s a higher chance of David and Michael kissing on the circuit than their characters. It’s been done (and neither excelled at it).
Neil’s found a million other ways to show they are in love and I find them far more romantic. I trust he’ll continue to surprise us.
