Why am I unable to open a link within an email using my hotmail account on my IPad? I can do so on my IPhone.

Hi there,

I had the exact same issue and spent 30 mins onto Microsoft support chat without success.

The solution for me was simple after a bit of digging around.

Pop ups within Outlook were blocked. I simply allowed pop ups and now links within emails open.
