INDIANAPOLIS -- The NCAA held its selection show for Division III baseball on Monday afternoon where they announced the field for the 60-team NCAA Tournament. The Adrian College baseball team landed a spot in the Baldwin Wallace Regional and will travel to the Cleveland area.

The Bulldogs earned a first round game against Catholic University. The winner of that game will take on the winner of Baldwin Wallace and Penn State Behrend. Adrian holds a 29-12 record on the season and earned an automatic bid after winning the MIAA Tournament. Catholic sits 31-12 on the year and earned an at-large bid to the tournament after losing in their conference tournament.

The regional at Baldwin Wallace is slated to begin on Friday, May 17 and run through Sunday, May 19. The winner of the four-team regional will advance to the Super Regionals and take on the regional winner from Penn State Harrisburg. More information on the NCAA Regionals this weekend is still to come.
