6 weeks after concussion have Ringing in right ear and ear fullness sensation.

My doctor looked at my ears they don't look infected yet my ears feel full like its clogged really annoying uncomfortable and loud ringing in right ear . Makes it hard to focus and sometimes gives me a headache. Over all i got some of my energy back and can think a bit more clearly but now it feels like im dealing with neurological problems such as dry mouth swallowing fits clogged ear possible eustachian tube dysfunction vestibular dysfunction. The doctor made referral to neurologist and for behavioral health , but i don't see how thats going to help. I been eating fruits chicken fish avoiding sugars and caffeine. I haven't smoked or done drugs or drinking. I been doing stress 😬 management and exercising jump rope and jogging lifting weights. Just 15 mins a day . Doing everything i can to get better , planning to see chiropractor soon but don't know if i can afford it . Over all try to relax distract my self , dont feel as weak as o did or full of anxiety i can sleep now . But man the ear sensation really sucks. It feels like never ending ear infection and fullness. Any advice ?

This can be your neck. There are muscles like the deep neck flexors and SCM that are known to cause ear fullness and tinnitus when tight.

Do what do i do to get my neck worked on , do i ho see chiropractor.

Usually you want to go for a combination of manual therapy (I like massage but there are things like dry needling and soft tissue work that PTs can do), and corrective exercise.

I would try PT first since it's usually the cheapest option. A concussion trained PT would be your best bet so they can rule out other causes.

You can try this directory or see who your neuro refers you to.
