Preet Saini, Partner, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, has been awarded the South Asian Bar Association (SABA) Calgary's Rising Star award, in recognition of his many contributions to the profession.
Preet stands out with his dedication to supporting others in the legal profession, including through mentoring with the Diversity and Law Society and SABA. He exemplifies McMillan's dedication to offer real-time solutions and expertise to help our clients stay ahead.

Preet is a commercial litigator. He represents clients at all levels of the construction pyramid and assists with court-facilitated insolvency and restructuring proceedings, He teaches an introductory business law course at the University of Calgary and volunteers as a judge of moots and law student debates.
Preet received the Rising Star award at the SABA Calgary gala on May 2nd.
