[AZ] How long should someone wait on hold before they decided to sue?

I'm currently on hold and killing time, but I got curious how long someone would wait before suing. I'll probably leave the call going to see how long before it cuts off (if it does lol. At 40 mins so far).

What would you be suing for?

Depends i guess! If it pertained to someone's job moreso, I think people trying to return a package would be okay.

I think you need to be damaged to win a suit. What are your damages?

All hypothetical, I was bored but I was thinking if someone couldn't get through to HR or something, or like their work account got deactivated and they couldn't get ahold of someone to fix it. Then it would be lost funds🤔 i think anyway

I get that. I have damages from things but still can’t sue. It’s not as easy as it seems

Sorry to hear that

Thx.

Sue? Depends. Small claims or the court system. Anyone can sue at anytime. Of course you may not win. AND the big thing is how you want to pay for this adventure into the legal system. Attorneys and court fees aren’t cheap. And you always have the possibility of paying the fees of the defendant as well.

I think anything over 1000 hours would be actionable.
